when i went to work early saturday morning we saw a gross mouse go into the utiliy closet in the stairwell right by our apartment so Joe got all excited about setting mousetraps and killing the gross little thing. We set it at about 10:00 and three hours later....death to the mouse. Ewww. He wants to set up another one because he thinks he saw two mice ( I think that he just likes setting up traps)
Hey Catherine- if you stir a rue for more that one minute before adding the milk and cream will the soup come out thicker???

yes the flour needs to cook with the butter for it to actually do any thickening
