Saturday is a special day....

It's the day we run long mileage. It was long mileage, I was out for an hour and a half because my pace is extremely slow but it was fun. I run along the river trail every day which is straight up awesome. There were a lot of people on the trail today with quite the mix, hardcore cyclists, families, kids, and I think one homeless person. It is always a nice run because there is nice scenery and you are running next to the river most of the time. The run stole all of my energy so I have been lazy the rest of the day. Catherine and I went to target and got some clothes, I bought some running shorts and a new running shirt I am not sure what she got. I will try and post some pictures sometime.
