Exercise for the week

here it is:

Monday: 35 min on bike and yoga
Tuesday: 30 minute walk and yoga
Wednesday: Boot camp
Thursday: nothing :(
Friday: strength training video
Saturday: nothing :(


I will do better next week!!

You did awesome! I only exercised on Thursday. I'm planning on kickboxing and starting 200 situps tomorrow.
